Serta Comfort Fans is a program recently launched at Serta to get some of our newest products in your hands in exchange for your honest reviews. As a program member, you will be periodically invited to choose products to receive, completely at no cost to you.
You should know that some of these products are not yet available on the market, and your opinion may be among the first collected. For products not yet available on www.serta.com, or on the websites of our exclusive retail partners, we’ll save your reviews and post them once the product is offered on our website. Serta does not influence the opinions of Serta Comfort Fans members, nor do we modify or edit their reviews. A review collected through this program will be labeled as such on www.serta.com
Why does this program exist?
We value customer feedback about products, and so do other customers. The Serta Comfort Fans Program allows our most trusted reviewers to provide honest and unbiased feedback on new or currently sold products on www.serta.com.
How do I become a member?
Membership is granted to Serta Comfort Fans on an invite-only basis. We are seeking customers who enjoy sharing their opinions and sentiments about products they use. Thus, Serta Comfort Fans members are selected based on several criteria such as the number of reviews written, previous involvement in one of our many trusted communities within Serta, and membership availability.
As a member, do I have to write reviews to stay in the Serta Comfort Fans program?
Yes. Authentic reviews are very important in helping shoppers make a buying decision. Through this program we seek to generate more reviews. Therefore once members are invited into the program, to maintain their status as a Serta Comfort Fans Member, they have to review ALL of the products they receive as free samples.
Do members have to write positive reviews to participate?
No. We expect our members to write unbiased, honest and authentic reviews. All Serta Comfort Fans reviews will be posted on our website unedited, regardless of whether it is a favorable review or not, provided they follow The Serta’s General Writing Guidelines.
Do Serta Comfort Fans members get paid for writing reviews?
No. Members are not paid to participate in the program neither are they paid to write reviews, positive or negative. There is no pressure or expectation to write positive reviews, and negative reviews do not affect membership in the program.
Are reviews collected through the Serta Comfort Fans program labeled differently?
Yes. To ensure authenticity, any reviews gathered through this program is labeled when it is displayed on www.serta.com.
